Founded in 2001 by Mr. Steven Groves, Amazing Homes Inspections is built on a rare combination of technical expertise, real-world construction experience, and real estate knowledge, providing clients with a level of insight that goes far beyond a standard home inspection.

Mr. Groves’ foundation in the trades began early, growing up in a family of licensed electricians whose work dates back to the 1960s and 1970s. He entered the industry as an electrician apprentice, gaining hands-on experience with residential systems from the inside out. This deep technical background is complemented by his formal education at the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, where he developed the business and analytical skills that continue to guide the company’s professional standards today.

What truly sets Amazing Homes Inspections apart is the integration of multiple professional licenses and disciplines. In addition to being a licensed professional home inspector, Mr. Groves holds a Texas Real Estate Sales License, providing valuable perspective on how property condition impacts value, negotiations, and long-term ownership. He is also a licensed HVAC (AC) Technician, allowing for a more informed evaluation of heating and cooling systems, one of the most critical and costly components of any home.
