Step 3 — Schedule Your Appointment & Submit Payment
Once you've selected your service, we'll provide pricing and available appointment dates.
Payment is required at the time of scheduling. Property assessment appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
Step 4 — Arrange Property Access
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
Amazing Homes Inspection has Supra access capabilities for eligible properties. All other access arrangements must be coordinated by the buyer.
Step 5 — Property Inspection & Evaluation
Depending on the selected service, our assessment may include roofing, foundation, structural components, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior conditions, and other accessible property components.
Step 6 — Receive Your Findings
We'll provide findings appropriate to your selected service, which may include identified deficiencies, repair recommendations, preliminary repair-cost ranges, and rehabilitation considerations.
Repair estimates are intended for budgeting purposes and are not guaranteed contractor bids.

Property Access Requirements
Property access is the buyer's responsibility.
Amazing Homes Inspection maintains Supra access capabilities for properties where authorized Supra access is available.
For properties requiring other entry methods, the buyer must arrange access before the scheduled appointment. This includes coordinating with sellers, listing agents, property managers, tenants, or other authorized parties.
The buyer is responsible for:
Obtaining necessary permission for the inspection
Providing accurate entry instructions or access codes
Arranging keys, lockboxes, or authorized representatives when needed
Ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled appointment time
Notifying Amazing Homes Inspection of access restrictions before the appointment
Having Supra access does not guarantee entry to every property. Access remains subject to applicable authorization and property-specific restrictions.
If our inspector arrives and cannot access the property because arrangements were not completed, the appointment may require rescheduling and additional fees.
Scheduling, Payment & Rescheduling Policy
All property assessments and inspections require payment at the time of scheduling.
Appointments are not secured or confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
For multiple-property wholesale packages, payment terms and scheduling arrangements will be provided with your customized quote.
Rescheduling Fees & Travel Distance
Rescheduling fees may apply when an appointment must be changed because of unavailable property access, incorrect access information, or other buyer-related scheduling issues.
Rescheduling fees are determined according to the property's travel distance from Downtown Houston, Texas, which serves as our central reference location.
The applicable fee may consider:
Travel distance from Downtown Houston
Whether the inspector has already departed or arrived
Additional travel required for a return appointment
Scheduling changes and associated travel expenses
Any applicable rescheduling fee will be communicated before the new appointment is confirmed.
Downtown Houston, Texas, is the designated reference point for determining travel-related rescheduling charges, regardless of the inspector's actual departure location.
The initial 30-minute phone consultation is for discussing service options, pricing, and scheduling. It does not include an on-site inspection or written repair-cost analysis.
